Cancellation Policy
If you are late your appointment time will be limited. Your treatment will still end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to rearrange your appointment so that your request can be accommodated and to avoid any inconvenience to other clients who may need an appointment. $25 will be charged for when less than 24 hours notice is given and 100% of treatment costs will be charged for failed appointments and when less than 3 hours notice is given. Vouchers will be void when less than 3 hours notice is given and 50% will be redeemed when less than 24 hours notice is given.
